Sara Craig-ScheckmanExecutive Director970.879.0148 Sara directs the Foundation with a hands-on, grass roots approach, partnering with youth serving organizations throughout Routt County to support and enhance impactful youth development programming. Sara brings to the Foundation over 25 years of work in the non-profit field of youth advocacy. Her passion for community, strong professional development and team building skills also enhance the Foundation work. Sara most enjoys spending time with her family, husband Michael, parents Kathy and Jerry Craig, their four children, and two chocolate Labradors, Tucker and Isabel. Her interests also include international travel, outdoor sports, and reading. |

Michael Craig-ScheckmanFinance DirectorMichael has been in the investment business for over 30 years and has over 19 years’ experience in the distressed mortgage-backed/asset-backed (MBS/ABS) field. Michael is President and Owner of Deer Park Road Corporation (DPRC). He has operated DPRC as an investment advisor, focused exclusively on deeply discounted fixed income securities, from July 2003 until the present. Michael is the lead Portfolio Manager for STS Partners Fund, Ski Time Square Ltd. (offshore feeder fund), and a Separately Managed MBS/ABS Account for a large institutional investor. As of January 1, 2013, DPRC’s assets surpassed $820 million. Michael works closely with Brad Craig, Sara’s brother, who is the Chief Operating Officer of DPRC. Michael, as well as the DPRC staff, takes full advantage of their slope-side location to ski, hike and bike. |

Kris AndersenAdministrative Director970.879.0148 Kris joined the CSFF in August of 2011. She brings to the Foundation a diverse background with experience in both the private sector and at non-profit agencies as a paralegal, business manager and compliance officer. She is most proud of her family – husband Mark, and sons Jake and Ben. She loves trail running, skate skiing, snowshoeing, gardening and other outdoor activities, particularly when joined by her family and Samoyed, Blizzard. |

Angie KimmesAdministrative Assistant970.879.0148 Angie has worked in the non-profit and human services fields for nearly 15 years, including three years as the Routt County Director of Grand Futures Prevention Coalition. She has served on the Board of Directors for Steamboat Mental Health and First Impressions of Routt County. Angie also represented the business sector of the community while working as the Membership Services Coordinator for the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association. She has lived in Steamboat Springs since 1999. She enjoys hiking, camping, skiing and cooking with her husband Mike, daughter Kaisa, son Grayson and their dog, Yoda. |
